Wayland auth feedback overlay (Slint).

Scope

  • Subscribe D-Bus signals: AuthStarted, AuthProgress, AuthResult, NoEnrollment, DatabaseError
  • Camera preview (JPEG frames over D-Bus)
  • PIN input with auto-submit at enrolled length
  • Error banners with actionable recovery guidance (pcr_mismatch, tpm_replaced, etc.)
  • <50ms startup, minimal footprint
